We purchase from several global partners who manufacture for Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Danby, Maytag, and other common brands. Any appliances VPS sells are under their own trademark brand, “Flecha™”.
Although there are many brands of appliances that consumers have retail access to, there are only a handful of manufacturing companies. Flecha™ is a retail brand of VPS. These are the same quality, specifications, and warranty as other commonly-known brands.
All new Flecha™ appliances come with a standard one (1) year parts and service warranty. Refurbished products may/may not have warranties available. Your sales rep can advise provide more information. For our standard warranty, please click here.
As a part of VPS’s commitment to it’s people, the community, and the world, appliances and fixtures with the lowest carbon footprint are carried under the Flecha™ banner.
Our appliances are safety-certified, ENERGY STAR rated, and for use in Canada at a very minimum.

Partner Pricing

Please complete our Partnership application and our sales team will be in contact with you to discuss the needs of your upcoming project. Once approved, we’ll provide you a username and password that will allow you to view inventory levels, quantity pricing, and download technical manuals.
If you’re having problems log in into our Partner site, or forgot your user name or password, please email us and we will be happy to assist you.
Partner pricing typically offers deep discounts, however high-volume orders may allow further savings. This can change based on shipping details or excess products we’ve ordered for other partners. We always recommend emailing us for a quote.

We have a dedicated and trained team for service, repair and installation. We typically stock most parts for service, so we can quickly get your appliance back up and running. For parts and service, please email service@vpsonline.ca

We sure can. Our technicians are trained to work on all out-of-warranty work on major household large appliances. We typically have stock of common parts necessary for basic repairs, which come directly from the manufacturer.
